Inspired, Thanks for stopping, Now I have to get reading to catch up on current events. I do not watch the news often when at camp. So much that has transpired I have missed. I did get one report on Public Television, I believe,,,Wow what a one sided report. That's the reason I do not watch the news on regular TV, nothing to verify its contents, on this report, I knew the truth of the situation thanks to the bloggers out there, I could separate the wheat from the chaff (sp)...Stay well....

WHT, Thanks for stopping by...Must be doing much catching up....stay well.....

Tap, you have an @ symbol in your homepage link instead of a dot. Your homepage link reads
www.tapline@blogspot.com and won't work unless you remove the @ and replace it with a "."

Just trying to make it easier for folks to visit you. :)

Tapline:

I'm unsure of your location...I thought Maine but you said in your post you would be "returning to Maine". Anyway...just concerned about your safety concerning Hurricane Kyle. If possible, give us an update. Take care and God Bless...

inspired, Thanks for your concern. I indeed go Down East, when returning to Maine. I currently am located near the New Hampshire border and when I speak of Maine it is around the Bar Harbor area, Yes, It is near landfall for the Hurricane. about 15 to 20 miles from my summer retreat.....but as the crow flies about 5 miles....We will be returning there Friday for a couple of weeks. The Boston Pops will be performing in Bangor. My granddaughter is attending the U of Maine and wants us there with her...Sooooo there we'll be "God willing and the Creek don't rise" Too Much.....stay well....

Boston Pops!! WOW!

Enjoy the granddaughter and watch Kyle!

"God willing and the Creek don't rise"

I thought this was just a "Southern" expression!!

Tap,
Sorry to get in on the end of this. I've been busy for the past couple of weeks. I was at the Vietnam Wall all weekend. It was very inspiring and I always feel good being around our brothers, those who gave some, and those who gave all. Here's hoping you are enjoying your vacation or have enjoyed it as the case may be.

Hey Tap, you near the NH border in the north or south? I'm in the north-Berlin/Gorham area. We coulda had beers together.

Tapline said...

AA, I'm Down South on the Piscatiqua, so I go South for the Winter and Down East for the Summer.....The beer, could be, I travelled your area for many years with HQ in Concord....stay well....
